Progress has been made. I’m almost sure of it. Tools are racked and stones unpacked, but materials are mostly missing in action… there’s still alot of boxes. Part of being a tool using artist, I think, is you just collect any tool that crosses your path. Plus, I’m nearly positive they breed in the dark corners of tool boxes when you’re not looking. Some kind of divide and multiply kind of thing.

Yes, that’s a set of dividers. *ahem* 🙂 Anyways, I’m positive I didn’t have nearly this many files when I packed them. I’m almost afraid to open any more boxes in case I’m buried in an avalanche of new-born files. But how can one create gilded crimson with no metals?! It’s not like I can weave metals out of fall sunbeams, after all, much as I’d like to. I imagine I’d have to forge them on the fires of imagination, and solder them with the setting sun’s last glimmer. It sure looks like molten gold…

Once more into the breach, dear friends- but tomorrow. Boxes of tools are heavier than you might think!
