Hello! My name is Kaelin, and I am a metalsmith. This means that I use a hammer, anvil and actually forge metal into art. I create primarily unique forged art jewelry in precious metals featuring semi-precious stones. I post my work for sale on my website, and on Etsy. I started this blog for all of those people who said, “You really made that by hand?” Most of the stunning jewelry created through out the centuries has been hand made by skilled artisans, but it’s not without it’s hazards and disasters.
